Description

Vintage cream colored cotton light weight with a slight sheen. The bottom is 2 bias cut ruffles gathered on a panel that is bias cut with raised stitching lines. Constructed with flat felled seams and the waistband has been altered to be elasticized and ends in a snap closure. There is some staining on the front neat the waist and slight staining on the front next to the ruler. Light weight and semi sheer the elastic in the waist needs to be replaced.
